My wooden wick is having trouble staying lit?

If you are having an issue getting your candle to light, first be sure that the wick is trimmed to 1/4'‘ or that all previous burnt wood is removed. Also, be sure to hold flame on the wick for up to 10 secs or long enough for it to travel all the way across. It’s perfectly normal if the flame dies out the first time you light it; just try again. A candle care card is included in every order for your quick reference.

How long will it take for me to receive my candles?

All orders will ship via USPS within 3-5 days of you placing your order. Due to COVID and USPS experiencing a huge increase in packages, orders may take longer for you to receive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Thank you for your patience!

What type of shipping is available?

There is a $8.99 flat rate shipping fee for all orders. We also offer local delivery and/or pick-up for those in the Fredericksburg, VA area, as well as portions of the Northern Neck.

Do you allow refunds?

All candles are wrapped and packaged to avoid any possible damage, but if you find that your product arrives to you broken or unmanageable, we are more than happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please email sparkofjoycandleco@gmail.com with your order number if you have this issue.
